I checked in online, the app said zero wait, I walked in and some tall older brunette was just sitting there on her phone. There was no one in the store. She asked me if I checked and I saw my name on the list, so I said yes, she then rude ly goes to the back and tries to get someone else to cut my hair. I have no idea why she did that; however I have seen her before at Sport Clips in Glendora a while back. She was rude to me the time she cut my hair a while back. I don’t know what her problem is, but I walked out. I wanted noting to do with that person in that store. Why is she a hair stylist is beyond me because she’s not very friendly at all in a customer service orrientated business? She should be a janitor or something where she doesn’t really communicate with people. Absolute horribl

Stylish haircuts for a cheap price. Very good customer service. The stylists were chatty and sweet. They give good advice for maintaining your hair as well. Probably one of the few places who give the option of cutting using scissors or with a machine.

Evelyn took the time to listen to what I wanted, and I appreciated that she also offered her professional feedback and advice. I came prepared with pictures of my desired look, and she executed it perfectly while ensuring it suited me. Check in on line, then when I showed up at 4:30,I was told they couldn't take me for a hair cut because the person cutting hair had somewhere to be at 5:30.

Paul S. on the afternoon of 11/19/24. I had been a happy customer for years, but I guess this location can't keep competent employees. Instead of giving me my usual simple scissor trim as described in my notes, the hairstylist went rogue and shaved almost all the hair off the back of my head. I'd give the stylist's name, but there was no identification displayed at the station so I'm not even sure she had a license. The second star is for the fact that most haircuts here have been good. But this experience has definitely put me off letting any stranger near my hair without references.
