Great Clips

I got my haircut there yesterday morning around 10am with a Hispanic woman. She asked me specifically what I wanted and I showed her a photo. She did nothing close to the photo. Instantly went way too short. I’ve never had a haircut so far from expectation. I also had to fix a few stray long hairs she missed on my bangs. See photo I showed, and the cut I got below… not good and wouldn’t recommend her.

I reserved online and I did not have to wait to be seated. Friendly service and the place was tidy. I was satisfied and I had enough length remaining so I could style my hair differently. My hair does what it wants anyway. I am going to give a 👍 thumbs up and if I am in the area and I or my kids need a haircut 💈, I would bring them here. My kids are on file with Great Clips so it helps my memory and I don't have to guess.

Alexa was a guest stylist from RI today (on her birthday) for my appointment today, and she blew me away!! Nailed the cut and styles I was striving for!! Great job!!!

I just relocated from Florida to Salem, NH and this was my first visit to this shop. The women who took care of me was very professional and caring and I liked the quality of her work.

They are not going by online check in. I chacked online and went there on time. The senior lady at first chair in the store called for another senior lady for haircut that she doesn't have online chacked.She told me to wait for next spot available. Then what is the meaning to go online check in if you have to do something on time.
