Great Clips

Bad experience. The stylist took about 45 minutes and did not do a good job and at the end she cut my kid’ ear. This is not acceptable at all. I had to pull my child before she is done. Bad. Bad

Stylist was so rude. Doesn't know how to do a point cut. I explained to her what was wrong with the previous cut I had before at another salon. She immediately started arguing that it was just a wave in my hair. I told her to spray some water on it and see. She did and her grumpy attitude changed to I can't do anything with this. She doesn't have time for this. She wanted to cut off a lot of hair. I couldn't stand her attitude and really did not trust her. I told her she was loud and rude and walked out. I went to great clips in bay city. It was great she fixed my hair without cutting much off.( doing a real point cut and always so polite) I will stick with BayCity Great Clips.

Kim is the very best!! Can always trust her. She is very professional and you can tell she takes pride in her work and that she has years of experience. Always happy with the outcome. Also want to add that I have curly hair and she always takes into consideration that once dry my hair will shrink up due to my curls.

The service was great. They were friendly and efficient. Walked away with a nice haircut at a fair price.
