Great Clips

Brooke is amazing. She's been cutting our 5 year old boy's hair for a few years. Marina has cut his hair too and is good.

First time at Great Clips and it was really Great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Lupe did an incredible job—she clearly knows what she’s doing. I really appreciated her suggestions and great communication throughout the cut. I’m happy with the result and will definitely be back to see her!

Disappointing Experience at Great Clips on Florin Rd:( I’ve been here before, and my last haircut with this same stylist turned out great, so I thought I’d give it another shot. Unfortunately, this time was a letdown. When I asked for a cut between a jellyfish style and a wolf cut, with defined layers (showed her a picture which is the same one last time) I was met with frustration. She sighed and seemed irritated when I asked her to shorten the layers just a little more. The top layers turned out neat (which I’ve requested), but the bottom layers were a mess. It looked like a kid took some scissors and just hacked away at it. Instead of a clean V-shape in the end strands, I got a horizontal cut with jagged ends. It wasn’t even close to what I asked for. I’m not sure how anyone could have a bad experience at this location. The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. The manager truly sets the tone here—she’s amazing, and you can see her leadership reflected in the way the whole team operates. Every visit is consistent and positive, which is why I keep coming back!

Horrible service. My mom called to get an appointment for my brother who has autism and has challenges with things like time and waiting, as well as not liking his hair in his face. We are not professional barbers, my mother and I do not know how to cut hair and we cannot do it alone. If any parent, sibling, or guardian of a child or individual who has autism, or know someone who faces the same struggles as my brother, do not come to this location. They will not cater to you or your family. My advice is to you is to go to a real salon with people who will respect your money and time better than this establishment ever will.
