Once again, horrible customer service. If I take the time to call to schedule an appointment and you tell me to go online... That's bs. I called because I don't want an account, I want a haircut, not a bunch of stupid spam email. And the walk-in option is no bueno if you won't tell me how busy the store is. @Store Manager: Thanks for the consideration. It's nothing against your or your folk's in particular. Great Clips' policy of forcing any prospective client to submit to a barrage of endless spam and tracking is... just... ridiculous & unfortunate. Apologies, I should have pointed out your folks are great in my review. I'll go to a real barber.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took my son who is autistic there and new places can overwhelm him. As I’m helping him relax an older lady that works there looked at him, rolled her eyes and shook her head. Clearly this isn’t a good place to take any special needs child because they will be looked at as an inconvenience and a bother. I had to leave after that. My son deserves kindness and compassion. She was horrible. I highly recommend never going here.

The 5 stars is for Maggie alone. I have had bad experiences at chain salons before but the moment Maggie sat me down and started cutting my hair I knew I was in good hands. If you’re a guy, I highly recommend.

I have brought my son here 2 or 3 times and the stylist has always been great. This past time we got someone new and she butchered my son’s hair. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want her to cut it shorter or make it worse. Thankfully it’s just hair and it grows back. I will ask for a stylist by name only if we ever go back. I don’t know what this woman’s name was but she was a taller Hispanic lady. Very kind just did a bad cut.

Maggie is a Master at haircutting and styling! She is friendly, kind and hard working. She has been doing hair for over 25 years and is very experienced. I love the way she cuts my hair and I ask for her every time. Highly recommended!
