Great Clips

Went in for a trim... told her I wanted to take minimal amount off, just to clean up the ends. She cut 9 inches off of my hair. And it is so uneven! So beyond livid. I have been growing my hair out for a very long time. Are your stylist even licensed?

Terrible fade. I called and let them know my son was coming back to have it fixed by someone else, and I wanted a refund. The stylist that answered did not say that was not an option. I was under the impression my son would return with a haircut and refund. But they told him they can’t do that after he got it straightened. Still will need to grow out to completey look normal again. If I had known upfront I would have got my refund and went somewhere else. Not posting pictures online of my son out of privacy. But it looked like a 3 yr old blended it, and they left a huge chunk not even cut on his temple. They even fixed his beard while he was there since it too looked terrible. $41 for a horrible haircut / beard trim . What about our time for having to return for something that should have

See photo. We went back for them to fix it, but it still looks terrible. I also got charged for an adult cut for an 8 year old. They need to require that stylists show their work when they hire them.

The check in through the app was very convenient. The stylist did a great job.

Went in for a haircut today, the stylists were friendly and talented! I was in and out quickly, even though my stylist made sure to take her time and take great care of me and my hair. My hair always gets long and unruly, but she made sure to tend to it attentively I went in for a shampoo and trim. She layered, thinned and trimmed my hair better than I could imagine, my head was so much lighter. They were very skilled and passionate! I will definitely be back!
