Great Clips

The stylist did a horrible job framing my bangs to my hair, they are uneven. I told her and she said I did the best I told. Which is not a good customer service respond. I don’t think it was worth $21, the quality of hair stylists has been downgrading because I have been going to this salon for years and it feels like all the good people are gone. Unfair and never going back to Great Clips again.

I tried to “it’s only hair it will grow back” myself into not writing the review but I am so sad/upset I can’t help myself. I came in for a trim and for my blended longer layers to be cut. I now have 3 distinct layers and my hair is a lot shorter than what I wanted. When she originally cut for the length I like it but by the end of the cut it was way shorter than what we started with. I have never had a bad haircut in my life and this place is the first great clips that has even messed up my hair so terribly. As I was leaving one of the stylist said beautiful haircut in a way that now I believe was mocking because there is no way she saw my hair and believed it was a good haircut. I am going to a salon to try to get this fixed because I do not trust great clips anymore. Do not go here!

I have been going to this establishment for the last 25 years. I usually get my hair done by Maria who is awesome, but unfortunately today was the only day I was able to go in and she did not work there. I took a (horrible) risk by getting my haircut done by a new stylist named EDDY. I could list the numerous reasons why this visit was extremely unprofessional but I’ll keep it short and will let the pictures do all the speaking. From the start customer service was not how it usually is. The atmosphere was extremely unwelcoming and my family and I were ignored for the first 5 minutes after entering. When we were finally acknowledged he acted as if we were an inconvenience to him. He came to the front desk still munching on his lunch and acted like he was in a rush to get back to whatever h

Every time I stop in here lately I have to fix my own cowlick. Feels like they just rush you out and don't care what your hair looks like. Gonna start going to the Addison location again.

I was debating on coming back here, and I decided not to due to other reviews similar to my experience Last year, I came in for a micro trim and long layers (had my best friends funeral next day). I made it very clear on keeping my length long Halfway through, I noticed how much the lady was cutting off, and i said again that I wanted to keep it long Once finished, it was like a joke to her, and she said, "Want it shorter," and smiled. It was very upsetting, especially before a funeral I will not be returning and going somewhere else
