Great Clips

My grandson and husband just left Great clips I called them before traveling all the way there and inform them that he was a black kid with 4C hair and I asked if there were anyone in the shop that could cut his hair she said sure I said say less after my grandson and husband showed up to get his haircut they told them that they don't cut black folks hair wow is my final answer simply because she lied to me over the phone and second of all she knew good and well that they do not know how to cut black folks hair so beware family if you are a true Hebrew Israelite with 4C hair stay away from Great clips they might as well go ahead and put a sign out front saying whites only.!!!!!!! Great for kids! My five year old son HATES having his hair cut. He has had it cut by two different ladies here and they have both been fantastic. Patient, understanding and so kind when dealing with such a difficult customer.

I guess I wasn't clear enough with the stylist, I asked her to trim my grandson bangs just enough from his eyes because he really likes his hair and how it has grown so healthy.... His hair does grow back pretty fast, but he was so disappointed when we left. I didn't tell her to trim the back at all. When I saw her cut the back, it was just too late.. I never had a problem with any other Barbers...I did call and spoke with a supervisor... Her response was not satisfying to me but I didn't push the issue just wanted to let her know that maybe I didn't explain myself more, and she did apologize and said it was both of us with the miscommunication. Signed, just a dissatisfied customer and sad to say I won't recommend them and I did use 9.99 coupon they offered a flyer if that matters any...

I took my son to get his hair cut here for years, 9 times out of 10 they did a phenomenal job. They have went above and beyond many times trying to give him a design he requested etc, there have been maybe 3 times he wasn't happy with his cut and it was because he didn't speak up and it was cut shorter than he wanted but again it wasn't the stylists fault, maybe once it was too short due to having to get it even but that's just normal human error and happens from time to time. Over all for 8 years they did a good job on a little boys haircut. It's Easy to get on the wait list online and it's very affordable and they have always been nice and friendly to us.

Excellent! I've been going to the same barber for over 20 years but they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. So since I couldn't wait until Tuesday, i came. I don't know why people are complaining about the prices because I pay 7 dollars more for my normal haircut. Kendall did my cut and it looks amazing. I am very pleased. She was so kind, fun, and personable. I had a great time.
