Great Clips

The hair stylist I had was the best I’ve ever had at any Great Clips. She listened and responded professionally even while checking in new arrivals for haircuts. My partner and I thought the haircut was very nicely done.

I checked in and made sure that there would be no wait when I arrived. When I walked in there was two stylist working. I checked in with the second stylist who was on her phone. She checked me in then proceeded to clock out so that my wait time changed from 0 minutes to 23 minutes. I asked how long it would be and she said it would only be a minute that I now had to wait because she was off the clock. She had a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE!

If your kid wants bangs, steer clear of Audrey. I showed Audrey and another stylist the first picture as an example of what my girls said they wanted. Diane did a great job on my other daughter (third picture). Audrey was shown the same picture, picture number two is what she did. Diane was so nice enough to even tell Audrey it was too short and she didn’t apologize or acknowledge us at all after this was mentioned, just walked away unphased. I understand it’s just hair and it’ll grow back, but I still had to pay for both just to be told to come back later to talk to the manager about it like it’ll actually make a difference

Followed Christina from Cape Canavarel, Fl to Palm Bay, Fl. Worth the 45 minute drive! So glad she decided to work in Rockledge one day a week! Very personable and does a great job!

Christina is the best! She gives wonderful haircuts. Have used her for years!
