I had a great experience at great clips! I had been cutting my own hair for years but now I want to grow it long again. I went to great clips and my stylist did a great job making me look good for work and kept the length I already had. I used the online check in feature on their website and it worked great and was sooo convenient! Really liked being able to check in, see my spot on the wait list, and walk in with only waiting less than 10 minutes in the lobby.
I had a walker because I had broken my pelvis. Caitlin was very caring to assist me and making sure I was comfortable. Also gave me a great haircut. She listened and cared what I wanted don to my hair.
Very fast online check-in and when I got there I was immediately Taken 3 minutes before my time. Staff was very friendly and overall it was an enjoyable experience
Nancy did an awesome job! No small talk. Straight to the point and gave me a very professional looking cut. Thank you!
Have had 3 horrible haircuts in a row from the Rochester location. Will not be returning to Great Clips.
