Great Clips

Took my nephew to great clips in Dixon and left so unsatisfied ... I raced to Rochelle to have somebody else fix it with all intent of paying for a second hair cut that day. When I say they hooked my babies head up ... Got him right and then didn't charge me a dime.... I was so very appreciative!!! They guaranteed my satisfaction just because they were the same company!!! Thanks again ladies!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at this Great Clips location. I visited a couple of weeks ago for a haircut, and the stylist who attended to me performed a very poor job. My hair was not cut properly and the overall service was unsatisfactory. I had to travel out of state shortly after my visit. Upon my return, I went back to the salon to request that they fix the cut. However, the staff denied my request, stating that too much time had passed. I am extremely disappointed that the salon would not correct an error that was clearly their fault. Not only was there no apology, but there was also no offer of a refund. A business's reputation can be ruined by a single staff member who is not held accountable for their work. First and last time going here, didn't like the way my hair turned out and the person cutting my hair didn't listen good enough on how I wanted it cut.

The people here are so nice! No matter who it is, they are always nice and personable. Service is always fast, but not rushed as well. Even when they are busy.

Took 10 min and loved my haircut!
