Great Clips

Zero stars. My husband came in for a haircut; 2 on the sides and a 3 on top. He gets "holiday" cuts. She just buzzed his whole head.. $27 dollars literally wasted for something he could have done at home.

Kristin is an absolute miracle worker! From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt so pampered—like she wasn’t just doing my hair, she was taking care of me. She made me feel so special, and honestly? I think I fell in love a little! She was so sweet, so talented, and just had the best energy to be around. She was even a little jelly of my hair (which, let’s be real, is the best compliment ever), but she still worked her magic and made it even more gorgeous! Kristin, if you’re reading this—I LOVE YOU!! Kathy is friendly, personable, professional and gives me a great haircut

I'd give NO STARS if I could!!! The lady who cut my hair had it all uneven and long pieces hanging. Blonde with short hair that calls everyone Miss!!! Stay away from the place.. Cost me $26 for a whack job

I absolutely do not recommend great clips, we went to the Richmond location and I am so unhappy about my son's hair cut. It looks awful, she cut so much off around his one ear there is no fixing it besides waiting for it to grow. And there was not an excuse that he was moving because I was standing next to him the whole time and he was sitting very still. So unhappy, and definitely not worth the price. 40.00 for two kids hair cuts and neither turned out how I was hoping, and I'm not real picky they just needed a clean up. Avoid if you're looking for any kind of quality hair cut.
