Great Clips

It really hurts to have to leave a bad review. But after the 2nd time at this location with a bad haircut I feel that it has to be said. My husband got his hair cut yesterday 8/23. It was horrible. It was so uneven and unbalanced. It was thin on one side and thick on the other. Parts were cut while some was uncut. We will not be returning.

I hardly give bad reviews but this definitely needs one to warn others. Won’t name the barber, but I had the worst haircut today. When hand trimming the top/front, she sprayed and combed my hair and lifted portions in sections as she went to the area. Nothing was apparent because everything was combed down with water. After coming home and drying my hair I saw the disaster - the cowlick area had a huge section of uncut hair!!! The front also has patches of different height. Pls retrain your employees or bring in the right ones..

JANUARY 11, 2026: I've gotten my hair cut by several different Hairstylists at this location since 2023. I have watched them cut several different customer's hair as well. They've all left completely satisfied. So have I. If it's your 1st time here please talk with them, and explain exactly how you want your hair to be cut or styled. They will listen, and include the information in their notes for your next visit. Every Stylist is very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. I recommend all of them, including Christan, Theri, Angie, Amina, and Kiwi. Great people who work here + great customer service + "Great Clips" = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! Thank you all very much! The stylist was very nice. However every time I go they always have someone different and they cut my hair too short. They seem to not know the up to date ways to properly layering the cut. I like the details of the Hair Guys website as to how to cut hair. I would recommend that the stylists watch his training videos. Also, the Toney & Guy training.

Amina did a great job on my haircut precision wise and her personality/customer service was 5 stars to match. My experience with everyone who works there that day was a delight. I highly recommend this location.
