There’s a girl named Rocky who cut my hair there today, I’m very picky with my hair unfortunately my personal stylist retired but blessings go to Rocky for doing a fantastic job on my hair today she was super friendly as well and brought inspiration to me I’m proud to say I’ll be driving from St Croix falls to rice lake from now on for all my hair cutting appointments! I’d be remiss if I didn’t share my experience yesterday after getting a haircut at the Rice Lake location. We are here on vacation and decided to get a badly needed haircut. I arrived without an online check in. I was told that there was a 31 minute wait or that it could be sooner. The stylist immediately took me. I am sorry that I did not get her name nor did I get a receipt, as I paid cash. I don’t know how it is possible that my hair looks worse than it did before the haircut. She did not wet my hair prior to cutting it and spent more time talking than cutting, I was in and out of there in five minutes. I realize that I should have said something, but I didn’t. I was hoping that it would look better today after washing, but it doesn’t. I feel foolish and embarrassed that I spent $20 on

The wait was worth it. Hair looks great and everyone was thorough but timely. I asked for a short but stylish cut and Courtney did it. I have received numerous compliments on how the style fits me..... "Sassy"!

Jenna did an exceptional job on my haircut even with the CPAP headgear waves. Jenna is great to chat with during the cut and makes the visit enjoyable.
