Great Clips

I’ve had a few haircuts here. They always rush you through and unfortunately I’ve had my hair botched and cut to high up on my neck line. (It is always good to ask and not just assume that it would be fine.) I am not satisfied with this location. I switched my business to Supercuts just In the Walmart parking lot area across the street and I was blown away with the service there. This location could benefit from learning from them. Please exercise discernment and caution when coming here because your hair may not be the way you want it.

Can't really reccomend anyone to get their haircut here. I havent really had too many "bad" haircuts, (sometimes just worse than normal) but this last one I got was bad. My first red flag should've been after I told her to do a mid fade that she did it much higher than I explained. Can't really undo that lol. But my main issue was after a shower, I noticed one side of my hair was blended ok, and the other side of my hair was like she just didn't blend it at all. Pretty hard to notice when I comb my hair to one side, but super obvious once I pushed my hair straight down (so couldn't see it while I was there). Not to mention she missed TONS of hairs so I'll have a random one thats way longer than the rest. Also she didn't shave the short hairs close to one of my ears, so one was shaved and t

I love going to Great Clips and I like the online check in because it saves me wait time. Sam usually cuts my hair. She does a great job and is very friendly.

I went into Great Clips and when I was sitting down, the lady was talking the whole time that she wasn’t really paying attention to how she was doing my hair. I had to ask her to part my hair in the middle for her to know that the sides wouldn’t be even if she didn’t. She also didn’t shave the hair in the back causing me to have super long hairs making it look really bad. My husband who isn’t in cosmetology had to fix my hair. I honestly will never go back to great clips in Rexburg, and I wouldn’t recommend. I’m not paying someone to tell them how to do their job, they should already know how to do it.

Very disappointed in my service today. The hair cut was great. However, the chose to not accept the coupon that I had for $5.99. Don't plan to come back anytime soon.
