Great Clips

Christopher did a fabulous job and taught me so much about how to better take care of my hair. I'll never go anywhere else. This is my third time since they opened in October and every stylist I've gotten has been amazing. Reidsville secret hidden gem! Right next to Food Lion.

Waited a long time to make this review. I got a haircut in January and it ended up being about 5 inches shorter than what I had asked for. I am getting married in April, and my hair will not grow back by then. I reached out to customer support, who said someone from the store would reach back out to me. This was over a month ago and I have not been contacted since.

I was on a tight schedule. Great Clips fit me in and got me on my way with time to spare. I especially like the computer system that has its customer’s preferences stored. Great haircut and friendly people!

As I was walking to the door at 4:45 she walked and lockd it looking me in the face. She says we are closed I asked didn’t it say 5? She acts as if she don’t know what time it is and says oh hang on what time is it…. So you are locking the door to refuse a customer and do not know the time??? Make that make sense.. needless to say I the customer care is lacking good luck to this place

A certain barber did a quick and good job. He definitely knew how to cut hair. The people were very good at conversations and very friendly. Overall a great experience.
