Great Clips

Only 1 gets the cut right. My main concern is if you don’t sign in online, then they make sure that you are dead last. I watched names bump above mine, simply because they got on their phone vs the client that walks in lol. Do better :)

I've taken my son a few times with no problems or complaints. However when I took my daughter and asked for her hair to be cut but to keep it beneath her armpit at least, right by her shoulder blade. I needed it to be able to be put into a ponytail. And my daughter even showed her where she wanted her hair to end. Then I went over to get my hair trimmed (which went fine) however I looked back at my daughter and it was just at shoulder length. Way way shorter than I asked. I'm not sure how you can mess that up. I'm thankful my daughter wasn't too upset and that she still likes it. But I am bothered that the young lady did not listen to my request at all. My daughter and I will not be back and I may decide to find somewhere else for my son. I don't remember her name but she was a blonde that

Went in and asked for six inches to be cut off with long layers. The lady was very nice and had no problems with her. Cut went great(so I thought), left and didn't think anything about it. I am a person who washes my hair in the morning and does not dry it so I never paid much attention to it. Fast forward 3 weeks. I washed my hair and dried it and my hair just did not feel right. When I was done drying it, I went and took a picture of the back of my hair. It is NOT layered. It is chopped! I am not happy at all!! I will not go back there for a hair cut or even to have it corrected. There needs to be some training on how to layer, not chop!!

Stylists are competent, and if nessasary accommodating of any concern.

The ladies at the Windsor Common store are excellent, always willing to Listen to the customers request. I have been going to this store since it opened over 20 years ago
