Great Clips

The staff was pleasant and welcoming. My stylist was Victoria, and she actually listened to what I was asking for and then proceeded to efficiently cut my hair perfectly along with my beard trim. Her keen observation and listening skills were on full display. Light conversation while being laser focused. I will return to this Great Clips and Victoria for all my future hair needs.

Checked in online, then had no wait when I got to the salon. This was around 9:30 am on a Saturday. My stylist, Gia, asked me what I wanted, then quickly assessed my hair & made some great recommendations. I am very pleased with how my haircut came out. I greatly recommend this Great Clips location & Gia.

Alexa cut my hair and I love love love it! They made sure to make sure I wanted it shorter before cutting more. The whole vibe in this place is just awesome. All the hair stylist are smiling and in a good mood, making conversation with everyone. From the moment I walked in I felt so comfortable and so at home. This was the best experience I have EVER had at a salon. Oh and it’s a very reasonable price too! Thank you to the whole staff at this location! Best customer service ever!

The cut I received is a far contrast from what I asked for. I had requested layers to make my hair more textured. The “layers” I received are practically the same length. You would’ve thought I had asked for a bob. The service was fine, but your stylists clearly need better training. It looks horrible. You completely messed up the style and cut off a year’s worth of hair in the process.

They always do a good job, but sometimes I get charged for a full price haircut when I’m a senior
