She had called out the previous customer for not tipping and I wasn’t surprised. I asked her to fix 5 things and she begrudgingly did but ended up making it worse. Why does that matter? I was pretty disappointed today when I got my hair done by Emily. I started the cut by describing what I was looking to have done all while using 3 photos, hand gestures, and specific measurements. During the cut I questioned her approach as it didn’t appear to be conducive to my request and she reassured me that she was aware and giving me what I asked for. Towards the end I specifically asked why she didn’t square the sides of my hair as requested and shown in the photos. She told me that she could put notes in the future. Finally she showed me the back of my head where the cut was very poor and asked if it looked “good.” I responded that it was fine and that it didn’t matter at that point. Ellie was great!! Super personable and fun to talk to and did a great job with my hair!! I've been excited about the mid part trendy haircut for a while and finally did it and she did an awesome job! She was very chill about me, not knowing 100% what I wanted and she gave me a great recommendations that turned out really well!

Brooke did a great job with my cut and trim—exactly what I wanted. She was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience relaxing. The wash was great too, and my hair feels healthy and refreshed. Highly recommend Brooke!

Just a heads-up for anyone planning to use the $9.99 coupon from the Great Clips website: make sure the coupon is actually emailed to you before you arrive at the location. I showed the coupon on the website when I checked in and asked if they would accept it. I was told that it needed to be emailed to me, but that it could take anywhere from 20–45 minutes, and that we could start the haircut and it would likely arrive by the time I was done. Unfortunately, the email never came during the service (I checked my inbox and spam). When I was finished, I was told by Will they needed to check me out, so I paid even though I preferred to wait for the coupon email.
