Oliver is the best around. I followed her from the Frisco location about five years ago to prosper. She is by far quickest and friendlist one there. I request her everytime and she doesn’t disappoint!

Fastest haircut I’ve ever had — under 4 minutes, and not in a good way. The Asian stylist trimmed my entire head to almost zero with a #5 guard. No edging, no fade, no cleanup — just a few passes with the trimmer and it was done. I would’ve gotten a better result doing it myself at home. I wouldn’t recommend this experience

The staff was ALL moody and didn’t feel like they belong or atleast that’s how it felt. Took my son on 2/14 around 4 pm, so whoever this staff was, I suggest management to either replace them or give them training how to engage w customer and put on happy face. It was a hubby maroon hair women. Gosh never coming here rob you my business, good luck w finding a customer with such boring face and no customer skills . May be home issues w family not sure , but pls fix it

My hairstylist was great. Patient and calm and she knows how to do her job. It's the individuals who make a location great. Management team should work in keeping the best of the talents and hard working people.

Went in the morning a few minutes after open and they were busy. They were efficient and got me in quick and did a good job. I noticed one of the bad reviews was for a guy saying he couldn’t get service at 7:59pm. They close at 8pm, I think a lot of the bad comments are from people who can’t use their brains. A few others stated the stylists had rude demeanors which did not seem to be the case as I observed them. They’re just not used to people being assertive and/or have insecurities. Wait times are to be expected if multiple people show up and they have a tablet showing customers the wait time. I suggest people learn how to read but we all can’t have critical thinking skills
