Great Clips

I was able to get online for a short wait. My stylist did a good job in giving me the haircut I wanted. Nearly every stylist I have had has given me a good cut.

Very professional, Heather was my hair dresser. She explained how things worked with online check in and took the time to give me exactly what I wanted. I felt very welcomed and can't wait to go back and bring my family. Highly recommend!

Went in for a wash and cut. I knew as soon as she started washing ( if you could call it that) my hair that this girl did not know what she was doing. She smeared the shampoo on and just about touched my hair. I swear she thought she was washing an infant. There was no pressure on my head at all. I had to inform her that she didn't get the back of my hair which was still dry. After explaining to her that I have a cowlick in my bang and she couldn't cut it as short because it would creep up, what does she do, cuts it shorter. Now my bangs are lopsided, the cut itself looks like she put a bowl on my head and cut around it. I'm sorry but this girl needs a new profession because she sure doesn't know how to wash it cut hair.

Sent my husband in with my two sons with a pic of what they wanted. My older son came back with an uneven buzz cut. It looks terrible and we are supposed to be getting photos over spring break. Insane that they would send him out the door looking like this

Went for my son’s first haircut. Explained to the clearly inexperienced hairstylist that he has thin hair and looking for a trim and suggested using texture sheers at the beginning. She chose not to. Suggested it again to avoid having hard cut lines in his 2 year old thin hair, ignored me. When she was “done”his bangs were the same length about an inch over his eyes so asked her to fix and AGAIN suggested texturizing sheets to avoid hard cut lines. This time she said okay, but didn’t. Look at the pictures to see the result of this final scissor movement. That’s when I took his cape off, said a few bad words, paid and left.
