I have been going to this location from the day they opened, I have probably gotten over 100 haircuts in this location, so it pains me to give a negative review. However I am dealing with a pattern of bad haircuts this year. 3 out of my last 4 haircuts have been terrible. The hair is cut unevenly, one time the stylist used a trimmer that left so many marks on the skin and it was hurting for days, I even complained that her trimmer was too sharp. Obviously every time you go it’s a hit or miss who you are going to get, however management needs to make an effort to understand that the people working are meeting basic quality requirements or not. Got my hair washed and trimmed here! It was very clean and not super busy at the time I went. I was able to check in online and they took me back as soon as I got there. I wish I remembered who did my hair but we had a great conversation about our kids and she blew out my hair for free, so obviously had to leave her a great tip! Definitely will be going back for more shampoos and hair cuts!

We walked in with no appointment- last minute decision and we’re greeted immediately with such cheerfulness!! She was absolutely wonderful and was obviously talented!!! Great with my son, listening and talking to him about what he wanted. Highly recommend!!

I really hate writing bad reviews, cause I know people often only write the bad and not the good, but yesterday, my partner and I went for our regular trims. We always go to this location, cause we don’t ask for anything special, want a reasonably priced hair cut, and can check in online. We realized they were under new management when we got there and an older white lady who we’ve never seen before was set to cut our hair. It was my birthday and also time for my 12 week trim, that I religiously have done since growing my hair over 2 feet long. I asked for my regular and a couple really long layers to relieve some of the weight. My heart dropped when she started cutting, it became apparent she was cutting my hair for her. The worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Asked for mid-fade, she was not able to do it, from the side, it just looks like a single trim size. DO NOT GO HERE!
