My hair stylist, Promise, was so gentle with my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted. This haircut was like therapy, super relaxing and she had a calm and sweet demeanor. Absolutely love this location! Thank you 😊

My son had quite the bulk on the sides, so I simply asked for low skin fade. Instead, the hair dresser, took her clippers all the way up. Instead of using scissors, she used trimmers to trim the ends of my son's hair. She then asked me if I wanted to continue with the "low skin fade," but I told her that she already gave my son a high fade and that he was done getting his haircut. She along with her manager proceeded to tell a guy who has been getting barber style haircuts that this was not a "high fade." This is ridiculous and shameful. STAY AWAY unless you want a high fade in which they reference as a low fade. 🤦‍♂️ The only plus is that, I walked out without paying for the haircut on my own request.
