Great Clips

Yesterday I set out to get a trim and some extra layers. I had an appointment scheduled at a different salon, where when I arrived, they began questioning the length of my hair and advised that the price advertised online, was inaccurate and my shampoo and cut would be and additional $40, on top of the advertised $30…this was for a shampoo, trim and rough dry. When I questioned this, I was treated like trash…to be honest. It was not about the money at this point, but the lack of professionalism and snarky attitude from the staff. I left upset, a little angry and quite disappointed. I decided to stop by Great Clips as it was just a few minutes away. I was greeted in the most polite and friendly fashion. 0 stars if I could, do NOT go here. Went in for a trim and layers and she BUTCHERED my hair. Not to mention she was “training” someone on how to do a women’s cut. Aren’t you supposed to go to school for this shit? That can’t even be legal. Stay away !!!

Worst haircut of my life and of course its before my big day i have no freaking hair left !!!!!! Never again !!!!! Train the people who cut hair there dont just give them a dam job ! #1 on the sides finger length on top turns into a god dam buzz cut! It was way to late to fix it. The hell with this place I've been coming here for years. I walked in and the manger told me I had to wait 15mins becuase she needed to go in the back! Never again ! TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN !!!!!!!!!

UNEXPERIENCED After coming to this salon like I normally do, I had new stylist who was nice but did more talking than cutting, she made the right side of my head look great but I didn't realize she forgot to fade the left the same as the right until a few days later. I came back to the salon which she was happy to fix but couldn't match the side she had to cut and had to go up shorter on the right to make it look even. NEVER AGAIN. You get what you pay for at great clips, don't come here.

I loved the hair cut. She cut my hair so cute. The girl was not only professional but has a good eye. She knew what would look good on me. Hope management knows what a treasure they have. 😇
