I went in to get a hair cut. I needed a business casual easy to style cut. I wear short hair typically, but in this case I went from wavy hair to a mans cut. It is not becoming on me at all and I am starting a new job this week. Where I will be the person people see as they enter my place of employment. I was never given the woman's name who cut my hair. I was not greeted well. I am a hairstylist myself and was met with not a very friendly stylist. I can’t even style this hair to even look semi feminine . All of my wave is gone. As she cut, she was all over the place. Not cutting in any particular order on my hair. The left side was perfect, the too back and right side was not. I am a heavier person and need volume on top to keep me looking huge and I don’t have it. I wasn’t thanked. She

The first pictures are what my hair looked like going into things, the second set is my reference pictures, the last set is what I came out looking like. Super happy with it! Super nice and sweet, not judgmental at all about how damaged and unkempt my hair was. Very patient with a mini-consultation to make sure we had the same vision. I went in with wanting weight off my grown out mullet and to keep as much length as possible. Just make sure you have reference pictures of similar texture and length to your hair, and that you know what it is that you like about those pictures!

****Beware!!!***** I asked for no layers or just tiny layers to keep the fullness of my hair and I guess Miss Priscilla doesn’t know how to cut layers at all because they’re huge, gabby and uneven. I even reiterated to her during the cut that I said no layers and she explained that she had to do some … they’re more than 2 inches apart. That’s not some!! Now I’m going to have to cut so much of my hair off to make this right. Even after she was done and was showing me the back she was cutting some more that she saw she missed … it was literally a nightmare.

I gave them two chances. What a mistake. I don't think they have ever heard of the customer is always right. I had to keep telling them to cut more of my hair and they did not like that. The second time I went she was very upset with me and did not even cut the what I call the stragglers that are left behind. She snatched the cape off of me as if to say get out of her chair. Very very rude.

I will never return to this place again they were not friendly . Absolutely did not listen to what I asked for the lady was so rough on my head she damm near pulled my fresh piercing out of my ear I will not recommend this place absolutely hated my experience here like she was just cutting with no guidance or anything just all over my head almost as if she was in a rush
