Great Clips

I always have a great experience here. The wait is super short, and the stylists really know what they’re doing. I love that they keep notes on my haircut so it’s always consistent, but they’re also happy to adjust things whenever I want to try something new.

I would like to say to anyone Skeptical about Great Clips, Please don’t be. Make an appointment get to know your Stylist and let them know what it is you want from the experience. Only a very short wait. David was great. Personable, pleasant and professional. I’m bald on top, and he was gentle in making the top clean. He paid special attention to my ears as requested, where hair is growing more now that I have aged.

Brought my two kids in to get hair cuts tonight, there was one person in front of us and told me it would be a 95 min wait, the older guy working tried sending me to the northern location said there is no wait there. Then while waiting someone called to make an appointment and he told them on the phone it would be over an hour wait at this point it's just me and my kids in the building. I know if I was the owner of this I would be very upset having two stylist on my clock turning away guest and sending them to other locations to make money. I stayed and waited just cause I knew he wanted us to leave but I won't be returning. Terrible customer service. Pics below to show just how busy they were.

Every time I come back from this place my wife says what a good job they did cutting my hair. Everyone is always so pleasant at the establishment.
