Great Clips

I was a walk-in. They had many appointments so told me to walk around and go back in 30minutes. I returned and did not wait very long. I wanted 6 inches off and told the hair dresser Morgan to do what she felt would be the right look. I think she was excited to flex her skills and training. I loved how she layered my hair and trimmed around my face to be flattering. She was amazing! I would go back to her in the future.

The absolute worst experience on several levels. First, I walked in got on the list. Was told 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I see a guy finishing. But he decided to clean everything and take a break. Then an older lady finishes, she then decides to clean not only her station but others as well. But the worst part was ignoring what I asked for and cutting literally TWICE as much as asked to. Then when she asked me what I thought? Shocked to see one side being cut shorter by a lot? Either it was done purposely? Or she was on drugs. When I said this is concerning she said she's been cutting hair 25 years. Last Sunday Park City Utah. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Last Sunday app stated 54 min wait time. Needed cut, so I waited. 35 min later Tyler called me back. Tyler did a great job! He was personable, knowledgeable, and gave me probably the best cut I've ever had. I loved that rather than just throwing product in my hair he asked if it's OK. I've gone to this location many times before and never really cared who my stylist was as they've all done a good job. Not any more! From now on, I plan on requesting Tyler!

The lady did a good job on my hair cut , she was very nice .
