Love my haircut from Great Clips! Sophie "The Queen" really did an awesome job cutting my hair. All the ladies at the Donald Ross Village Great Clips in Palm Beach County do an terrific job. They take pride in their work. I am a loyal customer!

I just wanted to thank the Valentine's Day staff for being so welcoming to my father-in-law, who is going through a tough time. It was his first time at Great Clips and I could tell he was happy being there.

Very Pleased. The Great Clips near my home closed. I do not get my haircut that often but when I do, Great Clips prices are always reasonable. So I went to this one in the Donald Ross Village. Good choice. The salon is clean, the staff was friendly. And a beautiful location. I got a wonderful haircut and style by Lori. She cut and layered my hair the way I wanted. I can style it in many ways and she thinned out the top, so my hair doesn't feel as heavy anymore. Lori was very professional too. I recommend this salon.

You're company runs a scam. I was told if I join your company site I would receive coupons. Been a member for over a year "NOT A SINGLE ONE"!! I went on multiple sites that you sponsor for some and they either had BAR CODES that the registers don't read or they said the coupons were already used when they had just been posted. RIDICULOUS!! Love my stylist but not liking the misleading information!!
