I recently moved to Daytona Beach Florida. I needed a hair cut. I decided to try Great Clips Ormond Beach. I had the pleasure of getting Michelle as my stylist. The man that showed up at the counter was on the rude side&,seemed to care more if we checked in on line. We are seniors & don't need the attitude. We don't have internet !! I guess that's a problem with that location. I was told the coupons we had were no good. We didn't know that. That was a problem right off with this young man.

WOW!!!!! 🤩 I called to ask about getting a redo done after my hair was botched at the LPGA location! And wow, wow, wow, what a AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! The ladies were sooo nice, they helped me, they went above n beyond to get me in right away! Michelle was OUTSTANDING!!! She made me feel beautiful again, she went above n beyond, and made the great clips experience what it should be! Very amazing at her job and I will now will only allow her to do it! She definitely made me whole experience so amazing!!!!!! She is one hell of a hairdresser! You can tell her job is her passion! An thank you for your kindness today!
