Had an example picture of the haircut I requested, which I requested from the same place different person and there were no problems. This time I was only asked to see the picture one time before the haircut and was not asked any follow up questions except if I liked the length that was shown at the top in the picture to which I said yes. The cut begins and ends all within 20 min where the example picture was not followed at all and my long nice curls were turned into a short Mohawk and even cut so low my curls aren’t able to fully form. Very bad experience with the stylist (purple hair) will definitely not be returning

The stylists always execute what I ask for. They don’t have a great head of hair to work with (mine) but I always leave there knowing thy did their best to keeping me looking sharp. When I ask for suggestions they give me sound advice.

I love to sign in on line. Very little waiting. When I come in they know exactly how I want my hair cut and do a fantastic job. Generally a friendly conversation takes place making the time go quickly. I leave looking and feeling good. 😉

Best place I've ever been too. I won't go anywhere else. I take my whole family here. They have never messed up on any of our hair cuts.

My husband asked for a fade haircut and the stylist butchered his hair. She obviously does NOT know what a fade is. The only hair left is about 2 inches on the top of his head. Everything else is shaved to the skin. She should have asked another stylist to cut it. A total rookie!! Didn’t she learn at beauty school that you should ALWAYS start out with a guard that will cut less hair and ASK the customer if it is short enough??? Once you shave it all OFF it’s too LATE!!
