The guy we ended up getting was great, but we were next in line while Lyn the older woman hairstylist purposely avoided us and then took someone who was 6th in line when we were next. Do not go when Lyn is working she is rude and refuses to wait on children

Recommended by a neighbor, I booked online for a trim. I got in withing 30 minutes, the stylist trimmed exactly as I had asked and was very personable. I will be back!

I went to the veterans memorial location in ofallon and walked away devastated. when I called to ask for a refund they denied, and could only respond with “you can come in and get it fixed for free” I refused that offer because why would I want to go back somewhere I trusted to do my hair the first time and they put it at 3/4 different lengths leaving me to cut off way more than I ever anticipated

I went in for a haircut on the day of my daughters wedding, I always go see Ann, she did an another amazing job with my hair!

Not very happy. Went in for a beard trim, told the stylist how much I wanted off, she didn’t seem to fully understand when I gave measurements and had to be specific. Didn’t notice until I got home, the sides are not even. Why is it I’m paying this much when they can’t even do it right. Never had this problem at other locations until now. Will probably not be back to this location. Very disappointed.
