I came to this location with hesitation because I didn't have a good experience at the Quarterfield Road GC. Paula totally turned that opinion around!! She was fantastic, sympathetic after hearing my previous experience and just overall a breath of fresh air. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for and explained every step. She will continue to be my go to!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Is it luck that I get Ms.Paula everytime ? I dont know but she is great. She has great judgement on what looks nice on you, because I was unsure what I wanted on both occasions and somehow she executes it perfectly every time. Definitely recommended her.
This review is for Sweezy and Ty. I got an unfortunate haircut by a different stylist last week. I wrote to the customer service email address, and Ty quickly reached out to offer a free correction and haircut. Sweezy did an amazing job fixing the bad haircut done by the other stylist. Thanks Ty for the amazing customer service, and thanks Sweezy for helping make the best out of a bad hair situation.
Just went for first cut at Great Clips and Sweezy (hope I got her name right) did a great job. Exactly what I asked for. Will be back.
