Krista at Norwood Great clips is a valuable staff member. She is an exceptional in listening to her clients in what they want. I have never walked out disappointed.

As always I got a great haircut. Since they have the details of what I like it is a easy and enjoyable experience.

I visited Great Clips with a clear vision for my hair, showing the stylist, Marissa, a picture of exactly what I wanted. Marissa completely butchered my long hair. Despite having a visual guide, she seemed utterly incapable of executing the cut. She just kept cutting, completely disregarding the desired style, and the result is an absolute disaster. To make matters worse, when confronted with the poor outcome, she actually tried to blame claiming my hair was a "mess." I had long, fine hair that was perfectly manageable before she touched it. I wished i took a picture right before she choped it. Her incapabilty totally ruined my summer hair, leaving me with a cut that bears no resemblance to what I asked for. I absolutely do not recommend this hairdresser. I am incredibly disappointed.

Been have Vee as my stylist for some time now. With her professionalism and attention to detail why would I go anywhere else, I wouldn't! She is a true "natural" at her craft🙂
