Great Clips

The check-in and waiting process were perfectly fine, but my experience during the haircut wasn’t positive. The stylist who helped me, Robert, seemed frustrated about having to do another fade and mentioned it several times, which made the appointment uncomfortable. In my experience, my hair also ended up uneven and not what I had asked for. I left feeling disappointed and hope the professionalism and attention to detail improve in the future.

Today I went to great clips, as usual, for a trim . What a pleasant visit that is. The hairdresser is young but is very talented. Employees are great, and very competent. I am coming back to my second home, soon--again and again.

As my son and myself walked in, Oasis our hair stylist welcomed us and made us very comfortable! He is very friendly, helpful, and thorough about the different types of hair styles that would fit my son. It was one of the best experience! We will come back and ask for Oasis. The facility is very clean and organized.

Dani was amazing. Very attentative, outgoing and with 16 years experience. I will be back to see her.

Please take Angie off your payroll. I paid $24 for a very bad, ugly haircut. She was supposed to use scissors due to unavailability of the number 8 trimmer, yet she used 8.5 and my hair looks awkward and untidy. I always was happy with the hair cut at great clips at Northridge, but this is ridiculous. She did not want to work, and she cut my hair in less than 3 minutes for &24. Please take her off your salon. I would give a Zero rating if that was an option.
