Great Clips

Emily, at the Northampton location, was a great stylist who connected with our 10 year old. Emily managed to brush out, fully wash, cut and style the curly locks that were on the verge of being matted, since hair care is the hardest thing for our kiddo to navigate. Our kiddo's hair looks fantastic, and there wasn't a single tear shed, or panic attack had. Thank you Emily!

Okay, can be hit or miss. Prices could be better- simple trims can be had down the road for less. What's decent about this place is the location- right next to Stop and Shop and Liquors 44 on Route 5 (aka King Street) in Northampton, so you can get your cut and shopping done in one quick jaunt. Great Clips takes walk-in clients and parking is convenient. Handicap accessible.

Do NOT come to this place, you will regret it. I came here about a month ago, keep in mind i’ve never gone into a walk in place and I probably never will after this. This was by far the worst haircut i’ve ever gotten and one of the worst mistakes i’ve ever made. The woman who did my hair, not sure what her name is, she’s unprofessional, inexperienced and overcharged me for a haircut that was NOTHING to what I wanted. I cannot believe her and the other coworker who came into the place let me walk out like that. I even left a review off their website and nobody reached back out. I wish there was a zero star option, because if so that’s the type of score this location deserves. This place is not for anybody, it’s below mediocre. Do not bring your kids, your parents, your grandparents or yours

Do not go. The girl here messed up my hair so bad it's the 1st time I've had to go somewhere else to get it fixed never going back! just go to Kevin's they are 1 million times better
