Horrible attitude from the old woman at the front named “T”. Went in for my kids haircut and seen the three people ahead of us on the screen. She said it’s a 30 minute wait and that “just so I knew” she’s have to see them before me. Yes lady, I know how a line works. I had simply asked if there was anyone else working today so that I can get an estimated time frame in my head since I had other errands to run and this rude old lady replies with “she’s in the bathroom, is that ok for people to use the bathroom” ? Like WHAT! I immediately called her out on her rudeness and walked out.

This is a well-run shop. My stylist T is a very good haircutter along with being a friendly person. I always look forward to my next cut.

Learn to speak on the phone with some inflection in your voice. I spoke to some kid about getting an appointment made and it sounded like he had just woke up, at the end of the call he just abruptly hangs up, no good bye, no have a nice day just click. If speaking on the phone is such a challenge I cant imagine having him cut hair with any real attention to detail at all.

This review is not just for yesterday, this is a PSA for ALL hairdressers. I went in for a trim. 1 inch trim like my last visit. Long face frame layers and the remainder same length, trim. The lady was great until like 98% of hairdressers, she began doing her own thing once the conversation started. I walked out with uneven curtain bangs, layers in the back of my head with up to 3-4 inches off the back layers and on my new bangs I never asked for… Lucky me my hair grows extremely slow and this has only set me back 2-4 years to grow out what I walked in with originally, thanks. Main point; do what the customer wants, not what you think would be best, healthier or what you think looks good.
