I wasn't sure how to rate this experience. I brought my son, age 7 for a haircut on a Sunday afternoon. We were close to the closing time so I really appreciated that they took us in. However, the hair stylist was very rushed and the haircut came out very uneven. I could not see the haircut at the salon because she left his hair soaking wet, Even though it was 30° outside. so I put a hat on him and left. Also, the stylist did not allow me to sit close to my son. Normally at other salons, I always sit near him and I am able to see what the stylist is doing. This time, every time that I came close to see, she would send me back to the waiting area... And in an aggressive way. My husband went to get his haircut with Gina and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She is incredibly talented, patient, and truly takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. She listened to exactly what he wanted and made him feel comfortable the entire appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. His haircut came out amazing and he’s already saying he won’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend Gina if you’re looking for someone professional, skilled, and genuinely kind.

I have been going there because of Anita. She is wonderful and I have been getting cuts for like 2 years but last sunday I took my kid first time and he is under 4 years. So person who gave haircut was nice but someone else (she was on left first chair in case if you want to check camera in morning around 10:30) interfere with my tips on how to cut my son's hair cut. She said let professional do their job and let them follow a note from previous note. How in the world are they going to have note on how to cut if he is there first time and if I tell them first time how to cut them, and that's how it end up in note for next time. Avoid at all costs! This place should pay you for letting their employees practice on your hair. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand—this is hands down the worst place for a haircut. The stylist spent a mere 2–3 minutes on my 5-year-old son’s haircut, and the result was shockingly bad. It was clear she put no effort into her work, randomly buzzing the sides with a trimmer and completely neglecting any attempt to blend the top with the sides. His hair has never looked this terrible! Honestly, any random person on the street could have done a much better job. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
