Great Clips

I've been going to this Great clips for years. If I check in the wait is very minimal. I always have Maria cut my hair. She does a great job, is very friendly and pleasant.

My wife and I checked in online 10 minutes prior to arriving. We arrived to one other customer in the store. My wife was taken back immediately. Despite nobody showing up until 15 minutes after we arrived, FOUR people were taken back before me, despite me sitting in store and checking in prior to arriving. My wife managed to get her hair done, go grocery shopping, and was waiting in the car before I even got called! I am usually pretty understanding with customer-facing businesses, but this was kinda absurd. I finally just left after they called the fourth person.

My haircuts have always been just what I requested them to be.Minh has been cutting my hair at the Norcross Georgia location for a long while now. She is excellent!

Maria always does a great job. She's friendly, but always works efficiently. I'll be back next month.

In and out in 5 minutes and the lady that did my hair and can't remember her name but will be back to see her is the first one in 5:years to get my simple haircut 100% correct!
