Excellent service as usual. I requested something different than my usual and she delivered. Great conversation and attention to what I was asking to be done. I have been going here for years and will continue because of the service and great people.

Always get a great haircut at this shop. Everyone is experienced and concerned about having you walk out happy with your cut. My go-to person is veteran stylist, Tia. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. I had a terrible experience — one stylist completely butchered my child’s hair, and when I asked for help, none of the three other stylists (including the manager) stepped in to resolve the issue. The stylist was unprofessional and rude, and the lack of accountability from the staff made the situation even worse. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. I called in advance to see if we could make an appointment for my son's haircut. They told me to just come in, never mentioned that I could book my spot on line. We end up waiting for 40 minutes. As soon as we got there one of the hairdressers could not spell his name (Matthew) end up putting him in as Matt B., where our last name starts with K. A lot of confusion therefore. I explained how we want his hair done. Very easy: just short in the back and on the sides and longer on the top. She took everything off and now my 10 year old doesn't want to go to school on Tuesday since he is embarrassed and thinks that everyone would laugh at him. I think she did it purposely. Had an amazing experience here with Nancy and Kristine who helped with my donation cut, something I’ve never done before but have always wanted to! So kind and helpful. Nancy did an awesome job and was great to talk to. And also it goes to Wigs for Kids and you need 12 inches. They packaged it up for me, so all I have to do is fill out a form, stamp it, and mail it, which is way less complicated than I had imagined!
