Great Clips

This is a hair cutting place. We don’t expect people to be social. But there was no greeting. We online checked in. The lady was very clear- no convo- let’s get the hair cut down and what kind we wanted. Son is younger. He is 3 years old so it’s helpful to have some convo in there that helps with the overall experience. He did an awesome job, btw. The only awesome thing about the experience. When did great clips start adding an automated tip? We were told the price was $17 when we were checking out but when I looked up at the screen it said $24. We were never asked if we wanted to leave a tip. We were asked if we wanted a receipt and I declined. Never signed and never actually left a tip. Weird. Was this a deceptive thing? Anyways- we are great tippers and would have definitely left a $1

I've never had such a bad hair cut in my life. I asked for a trim and a taper. I was given thick chin length bangs. I look like an anime character. When doing the taper the stylist pulled inches thick of hair to the front and did a blunt cut. I spoke up "I've never had anyone taper like this before." "How do they do it?" -stylist I explained the process. She ignored it and kept adding more and more hair to her blunt cut. My hair grows insanely slowly. I've grown it 4 inches in 2 years. I think I'm going to have to get a bob somewhere else to stop looking like a raccoon. I nearly started crying in the chair.

Worst haircut experience of my life by the middle aged lady with short hair and dark skin this evening. The way she pushed my head down was rude as hell and she completely butchered my hair. I had to call another hair stylist to come make a house call to fix the chop job I got today. I will never be back.

Customer service was pretty bad the lady cutting my sons hair made a couple of really bizarre comments. The haircut wasn’t good either. The worst part is I’m pretty sure the lady that helped up was a manager. I won’t be taking any of my 4 children to great clips anymore.

I was in Newnan caring for Mom with City of Hope and if you know anything about caregivers, caring for yourself can be challenging. So the day before my service I went by to schedule the appointment for the next day. The Stylist was Shaka and she was very friendly. My hair is naturally curly..no chemicals and I needed a cut so bad. She provided a relaxing shampoo w condition a nice cut and style. My hair and I were so happy.
