Janet did amazing at the Newcastle salon. I brought my other son in after she did a phenomenal job on my younger son. Please don't let her go!

I've always been very happy with hair cuts at this location, but the stakes have been low: a little trim, freshening up the layers, etc. When I finally decided to cut my long hair short for the first time ever, I was fairly nervous. Hairdresser Charlene is a consummate professional. She took one look at the photo I brought with me and said: "We can do that!" She asked questions to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for, and included me in the process every step of the way. She knows just the right amount of chit-chat to put one at ease, but she also educated me about my hair as she worked. The haircut looks and feels AWESOME. Thank you so much!!

I recently visited this salon with my 7-year-old son, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. In fact, it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered in any customer facing setting!!! I’d shut this business down in a heartbeat if I could! Here are my key frustrations: 1. **Rude Staff**: The stylist who attended to my son was unprofessional and dismissive, showing a lack of respect for our requests regarding his haircut. 2. **Poor Communication**: Despite our clear instructions, the stylist did not listen, resulting in a haircut that did not meet our expectations. 3. **Inadequate Service**: We ultimately had to leave the salon to find another location to complete my son's haircut. The next salon was shocked at the state of my son's hair, indicating the poor

I am really disappointed that I have to leave this review, considering that I have been getting my hair done here for years and I usually love the cuts they give me. However I simply can’t ignore the fact THEY GAVE ME LICE from their poorly cleaned equipment. Safe to say I will no longer be returning here.
