Great Clips

Trinity at the New Philadelphia Great Clips did an awesome job to my hair. My first time I'm parting it on the side in many years and she worked it out beautifully. I'll be asking for her again.

Literally the worst haircut I've ever received 😡. As soon as I seen the lady I knew that I was going to get a bad haircut because she obviously didn't care about her own appearance. She 100% rushed through the entire haircut and complained about wanting to go home! The haircut was simple which is 2 on the sides and finger length on top. As you can see in the pictures she buzzed to the top of my hair in the back which isn't even close to the way it is in the front and makes my hair look ridiculous. I told her it wasn't looking right and she replied with an attitude that she's been doing this for 14 years! I told her she rushed my haircut and that I'm never coming back and she said that she didn't care! I called to speak to the manager and all she's willing to do is send it into complaints

Wow. Never once in my life have I ever entertained the idea of getting a refund for a haircut, but I just got the absolute worst haircut of my life. I told the lady I wanted to remove the hanging bulk from my hair and she proceeded to chop it all off. After saying to me "well I don't wanna take too much off" she proceeded to do exactly that. They won't refund me either. I cannot believe this and I have no clue what this woman was thinking. She needs a new occupation because this one clearly isn't the one for her. I've gotten lucky here in the past, but this may be the last time I set foot in there unless I go back Tuesday to see what they can do about this nonsense. Wow..just wow.

Bonnie cuts my hair. She does a fantastic job. She cuts my hair exactly like I like it. I am so greatful I found her.

One of your stylists stole $7 from us. Not cool. Stylist needs fired. If I don't hear back about this, I will escalate this to corporate and the BBB.
