Great Clips

So apparently great clips isn’t a place to go and get woman’s hair cut. I showed her the photo of what I wanted and in literally less than 3 mins she was done cutting my hair. I asked is she could style it to help it set correctly she acted like that was a big no no and use a blow dryer saying that’s all she had time for while burning my head with a blow dryer?!?!? I had to pay 20 dollars for something I could have messed up on my own. I sat in miss Kimbers chair and I will not be revisiting any great clips location. Hair means ALOT to people and you’re allowing your workers to be there with little to no experience. Zero star and poor service… if you see nothing wrong with my hair please keep throwing your money at these ppl.

I've always come here for my simple haircut (buzz cut). Last time I came I was pressured to give out my contact information. I mean, I just want a haircut. You don't need to know where I live, my email address, or phone numbers to cut my hair. I declined and the lady told me my account would be deleted and that I'd have to remember my previous cuts myself. Guess I'll just go someplace else.

I scheduled a hair cut for me an my son today (9/27/25) at 1pm the gentleman cutting my son's hair did the best he could unfortunately u cant control how kids act and my son was very upset and I had to hold him in place.
