Great Clips

Very very poor customer service. I arrived with 2 others ready to get a haircut, when we arrived the skinny woman with blond hair was gossiping with her co worker. She checked in our friend, gave him to another guy with glasses to cut his hair then continued to gossip with her co worker, leaving me and my other friend standing at the counter like fools . We stood waiting for about 10 minutes at the counter for someone to check us in, but the other Asian lady who was there was too busy reading a book. It was at that point we decided we would take out business elsewhere. If I could give Great Clips ZERO STARS I would! Great Clips is the WORST place to get a haircut because NONE OF THE GREAT CLIPS IN MYRTLE BEACH LET YOU CHOOSE YOUR OWN STYLIST! All of the Great Clips in Myrtle Beach are owned by the same person and their policy is WE CHOOSE who does your haircut that YOU are paying for! You don't get to choose! This is why I stopped going to Great Clips altogether. I'm a PAYING CUSTOMER and I can't even choose who cuts my hair? NO THANKS!

Great staff all the way around! Never have had a bad experience there at all. Need to remember names a little better than I do, but I can say Carol is phenomenal both at task and conversation. The young lady Cecilia is a talented up and coming stylist as well. Can't remember the gentleman's name that is always there, but he's really good too. Never have to explain cut to any stylist since it's on file and online check-in is a great way to save time when your in a rush. Lucky to have this place right down the street from me!

First time coming to this great clips location and I got greeted by sherri and got out in the system quickly. Then she took me immediately. She listened to what I wanted and suggested better suggestions. I had a lot of hair and she completely blew me away. I had the best haircut I've ever had in over a decade. I definitely will be back again to have her cut my hair again. She's an asset to this location.
