Great Clips

This was the first time that I went to get my haircut at Great Clips. It was recommended by a coworker. I was greeted at the door with a smiling face that welcomed me. she was very polite and had positive energy. I’ve been to numerous places throughout the years to get my haircut, but this experience has been the best thus far! I will definitely be a regular customer!

the blonde tall girl was very rude , and unprofessional towards male clients- it made the atmosphere very uncomfortable and weird and I will not be returning here. Took about 30/45 minutes for a simple haircut????? very terrible service from her , haircut was horrible , very unsatisfied here.

Great, Fast, Professional Service! Would stop back when in the area again without any reservation (pun not intended)! Friendly, cost effective and great staff!!!

This chain needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. They publish coupons with a price online- then when you go to redeem it- they say, “ it’s not good” I asked the stylist if the coupon was valid upon arrival- she said “ I won’t know until we check out”. The people behind me had same issue. This organ’s a sham and committed fraud
