Great Clips

I'm going to find a new location to go to because the lady running tonight was complaining that it was 6:00 and they closed at 7. :00 and they still have room for customers and complaining about everybody still being there and turning people away. Absolutely disgusting and had the nerd and asked me if I'm a senior at 52 years old. Me and my son been come here for years. Not once have I've been treated this way. I'll find another location for us to go to hell Will freeze over before I step foot in this place again

Took my son in to change up his look. He had a grown out mullet when we went in. He asked if he could get a good looking cut , he just wanted it shorter. The stylist asked for a photo, so we showed her a picture. She stated, we dont have straight razors here and we dont cut hair in that style, she then proceeded to tell us, this is what you go to a barber for. And then just started chopping his hair. The photo was of a low taper fade style. What she did was a very BAD high and tight. Now hes upset because hes gonna get made fun of in school (8th grade). Great clips did a TERRIBLE JOB!! Don't take your kids here. Take them to one of elizabethtown's barbers.

Very disappointed with my haircut today at Great Clips in Mount Joy, Pa. My haircut is a very simple buzz cut but the stylist hurried through my haircut and I had a lot of stray hairs that were missed and the cut is very uneven. Can’t recommend this salon, as it seems their biggest concern is getting people out the door. Will not be going back.

I had a wedding to attend in the area and had trouble finding a salon to schedule a styling appointment in advance. I planned to go to the cosmetology school in Lancaster, but it would have been a round-trip, hour-long drive. I went to the Great Clips close by to save drive time. My stylist was friendly and did a great job executing the style I showed her. I got several compliments at the wedding.

This is the first time in a while that I I’ve been completely satisfied with my stylist. She was kind she was pleasant. She gave me her name. She asked me how I was. She was very inviting and she did a great job.
