I had a great experience at this Great Clips location. The entire staff was very professional, humble, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to listen to my preferences and made sure I was comfortable throughout the service. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was efficient without feeling rushed. I truly appreciate the courteous behavior and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location!

I am so pleased with my haircut from Ebony from the Hatches Pond Lane location in Morrisville, NC. She is extremely kind, and very attentive and caring to what you would like done. I love the layering she did and I am able to blow it out and let it be instead of clipping it back like I normally do. Fell into place beautifully. I highly recommend Ebony and I will be back for sure requesting her expertise.

As soon as I entered the shop, I was very happy with welcoming smiles from all three stylists. Loved my haircut! The stylist named Unique really understood what I wanted and made it even better. The place is clean, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!
