Great Clips

Wait time was reasonable, I checked the app for times then scheduled a time. The stylist, Tina was pleasant. She asked if it’s okay to use clippers on sides and back, I said okay figuring she is the expert. I gave her specific instructions as I wanted sides and back short and top longer. My haircut looked okay before I left but the big mirror was quite far and hard to tell . However when I got home, my right side was quit chopped and uneven, it looked like she went up too far and realized she took too much hair off. I was very disappointed that Tina did not correct it before I left the parlor.

Kelly did an amazing job on my hair. Bith Lisa and Kelly were very nice and friendly.

Alma is very skilled in cutting thick hair. Many stylists aren’t plus she can cut thin hair too of course. Her culture makes her very friendly and open. Plus she is bilingual. So I felt Comfortable with her and felt I could trust her. 💜🌸

I have been a customer since they opened more than 10 years ago. The stylists are a mixed bag with some better than others, but if you want to make sure you get a great haircut, ask for Ruby. She is awesome and has been there since the beginning. I have tried other shops in town when wait times are too long, but keep coming back to Great Clips and specifically Ruby. They also have a nice online check-in system that allows you to see how many people are ahead of you.

Don't have enough good things to say about this location. The service and care that is given to each customer is top class. I always ask for Ruby because she goes the extra mile to make sure my shampoo is done well every time. She is not rushing to get to the next customer. No wonder Ruby has customers willing to wait for her each time I go in.
