It was perfect! I had time to kill, so I wanted/needed a haircut. Called Great Clips. The lady said just walk in. Walked in, checked in, and the same lady sat me right away and cut my hair. She was very polite and nice. Actually had a nice conversation with her & hee coworker.
Great people make this Great Clips special. An amazing group of great stylists. The Great Clips app is a fantastic way to book your appointment.
Generally decent service. Be advised though this location doesn't take customers after 630pm weekdays despite the website allowing you to check-in and they lock the door prior to listed closing hours.
Checked in online, drove from Brodhead to Monroe. App said 1 min wait time, got there about 6:30pm , said open until 7pm. Door was locked, called the number and knocked on the door, all the lights were on. Girl walked from back of the store, opened the door and said “can I help you?” I said “ I booked in online and the app said open until 7pm, it’s 6:30pm” She went on to tell me they lock up at 6:30pm 🤔 The app said open until 7pm . Wasted my time Will not be back
Always a pleasure. Being able to check in on the app is a time saver as I live about 12 miles away from Great Clips. They have the way I like my hair cut on the computer so I always get the same result. Everyone that has cut my hair has always been friendly and easy to talk to. Great experience every time.
