Great Clips

I like the cuts I get at Great Clips. They're never too busy for a friendly, warm and inviting atmosphere. This is not the usual one I go to, but as a backup for when my usual salon locale is booked till close, I can still get a cut.

I admit to being very nervous going in for my first haircut at a Great Clips, but I’m thrilled with the result. I got on the waitlist and arrived fifteen minutes early, yet waited for less than five. The salon is nice and very clean. There were three stylists working and I was happy to see two people leave before me with great looking cuts. Charlene listened to me and did an excellent job! It’s the best haircut I’ve gotten in a long time, upscale salons included! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

We always do my kid’s haircut there; however, the last time we went there it was the worst moment we ever had doing a haircut for our toddler (2 years old) We never had an issue in the past. But this time the lady (Abbi is her name) had zero experience / patience with a kid (and even if they didn’t have a person with experience with kids, they could just call me and we could reschedule it). Since she started she was invasive and tried to do everything fast with my 2 years old kid. I had to tell her the other ladies that have cut his hair always explain him what they are going to do first and he is fine (they even say he behaves really well). Then since my toddler didn’t allow her to cut one part of his hair she was like ok we are done. Her job was not done and she was rushing. She lef
